Judge Editorial Richard Goldstone in The Washington Post pulled some claims that Israel targets Palestinian civilians in the Gaza war, triggering a strong reaction throughout the Arab world, including in the newspaper-newspaper.
Anti-Defamation League believes that the editorial is even "encourage a new round of anti-Semitic cartoons and conspiracy theories in the Arab press" - and exacerbated by the Goldstone Jewish identity.
"Just like how the original statement which was celebrated by Arab cartoonists as 'proof' of the true nature of Israel and Jews, as well as the decision by Judge Richard Goldstone to reconsider the finding that inspired the protest caricatures and stereotypes in Arab media," Chairman of the Anti-Defamation League, Abraham Foxman said.
"Newspapers throughout the Arab world has responded with a series of developments Goldstone horrible caricature, many of them violent and anti-Semitic," she accused.
Most of the depictions, many of the pictures that questioned the explanation for the cancellation is by demonstrating the Goldstone bribed with "golden" by an Israeli soldier, or subjected to tremendous pressure the Jewish / Israeli. Another picture shows the Jew with stereotypical features such as beards and hats are controlling Judge Goldstone.
Many parties also stated that the Jewish lobby plays a cruel role in suppressing the Goldstone to change your mind, or say the Jews and Israel trying to cover up atrocities findings in the report. Some use creative wordplay to show that the Israeli legal experts were bribed with "Gold (Gold)", throwing "Stone (Stone)" against the Palestinian people, or bury Palestinians killed in a shallow grave marked with "Stone (Stone)" .
