Kiwi fruit

Citrus fruits
Orange peel and tangerine has a powerful antioxidant called super-flavonoids, which can reduce levels of bad cholesterol significantly, without lowering the good cholesterol levels. Antioxidants derived from the skin 20 times stronger than that obtained from the juice.
"The same is true for all citrus fruits," says Dr Glenville. "White marrow contains a high pectin, which is a known component of dietary fiber can lower cholesterol and fight it with good bacteria."
