Earthquake hits Japan at 6.3 SR


Japan this morning earthquake rocked again, this time measuring 6.3 on the Richter Scale (SR). The day before the earthquake magnitude 7.1 shook the area east of State Sakura.

According to the Associated Press news agency, citing information from Japan Meteorological Agency, the latest quake occurred at 08:08 local time. Epicenter of the earthquake (epicenter) is off the Chiba coast, east of the capital Tokyo.

No injuries or damage reported in Chiba. In addition, the authorities did not issue a tsunami warning.

According to Japan Meteorological Agency, which occurred several recent shocks was a magnitude 9 earthquake aftershocks SR on 11 March, which followed the tsunami.
