Stoner-Rossi crash will be investigated


The incidence of accidents at the Jerez Circuit, Spain, involving a racer Casey Stoner and Valentino Rossi will be investigated by the official MotoGP. The plan, will be held hearing about the accident.

As quoted from Motorcyclenews, authorized officials will meet with Marshal races including its Chairman at the next MotoGP Circuit held in Estoril, Portugal, 28 April 2011.

The incident happened when Rossi tried to overtake Stoner during the race 21 laps left again at the MotoGP Spain, Sunday, April 3, 2011. However, the track is slippery making the motor fell off and dragged Rossi Stoner went off the track. Both former world champion has finally kissed the asphalt together.

Malang for Stoner, Rossi only assisted the race marshal. "It was an accident and not much you can do. But what a frustrating is the reaction of the Marshal who helped Rossi but does not help me," Stoner said.

The Doctor-nickname-direct initiative Rossi apologized after the race underway. He visited the headquarters of Repsol Honda Stoner in the pits and expressed remorse.

"That's all my fault and I have to apologize to Casey. I know he was angry because he did not do anything wrong. I immediately apologized," said Rossi.
