50 Cent sued $ 600,000



Rapper 50 Cent tripping over cases involving the use of the song without permission. He demanded compensation paid by The Persuaders $ 600.000 for the song 'Love Gonna Pack Up' and 'Walk Out'.

Samples used by the owner of the song's real name is Curtis James Jackson III on track Redrum. The song by 50 Cent released for free in 2009.

According to TMZ reports, Robert Poindexter, a member of The Persuaders, claiming 50 Cent has used the song without permission.

"50 Cent did not dispute has committed an offense, but it just seems to base his defense on the claim frivolous and unimportant that illegal versions are not being exploited commercially, but are given for free," said Robert Poindexter.

50 Cent his own party has not given an answer to this case.
