D-Link Launches Infrared Camera Technology


June 17, D-Link launches new surveillance cameras, D-Link DCS-932L IP Infrared Camera. This camera is the first camera equipped with night vision / infra red.

The camera is also designed to capture high quality video images up to 5 meters in bright or low light environments.

Another plus of the D-Link DCS-932L Infrared IP Camera can also be integrated with mydlink for quick and convenient access to the videos taken. No special skills are required to configure it. When you are connected to the router, just register the device on mydlink site, then automatically the D-Link DCS-932L infrared camera will configure itself and connect to the service mydlink. Once connected, you easy access to video feeds from anywhere via internet access. There are also mydlink Lite application that can be downloaded by iPhone users and Android for free. Apart from the smart phone, users can also access via Wi-Fi.

Easily accessible, are also easily arranged. Simply connect the cable, plug in the camera and run the installation wizard to finish setting up short.

    Infrared cameras are sensitive to the extreme red end of the light spectrum. This light is invisible to the human eye but does not extend into the thermal range. Photographers can use IR film in regular film cameras or use IR sensitive digital cameras to take IR photographs. In either case, the safety concerns are almost identical to those associated with normal photography. Thanks a lot!
