New Anti-Terrorist Agents Europe, Would Like the Russian KGB?

European senior administrative officials were planning to establish a body to the new EU counter-terrorism, which critics warned could turn into a secret police force European level will be like the KGB.
Members of the board of the Independence Party's Godfrey Bloom said, "worrying is that the CIA would not like America but more like the Russian KGB."
The move likely to upset the security and British intelligence agencies MI5 and MI6 head because British spy would be forced to share the information with the European agencies.
European Union's counterterrorism director Olivier Luyckx imagine a new organization that works with the new EU diplomatic corps, headed by the High Commissioner for Foreign Affairs Baroness Cathy Ashton.
Luyckx has called for a series of EU security agency that already exist, including Europol, Eurojust, COSI, Frontex, and break off to put together in one body with sweeping force in the European Parliament earlier this week.

"There's a new space for action at EU level. This is how I view this change: To establish a system that would mimic the system that was formed to oversee the external crisis, a single stop for information sharing," he said.

"Now is the time to ask ourselves this question, 'Is it realistic to start thinking about candidates for EU intelligence agency?'" He said. "I think it realistic to start thinking about it."
Austria and Belgium the first time proposed a European intelligence agencies after the Madrid train bombings in 2004, but the move was rejected by Britain and some other EU member states until now did not renew Other highlights of Brussels bureaucracy
