Fruits and Vegetables Make Longevity

Some fruits and vegetables and effective for lowering cholesterol, blood sugar levels, prevent the pacification of cancer cells, antibiotics, reducing the attack of rheumatism, prevent diarrhea, and many more. Vegetables also contain a high-fiber foods to prevent constipation, diabetes, colon cancer, hypertension, and so forth.

Recently published results of a recent study on the efficacy of vegetables from the mustard family, such as broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower. This mustard family vegetables contain high vitamin C and rich in fiber and other nutrients.

In a survey of 135,000 adults in Shanghai, China, revealed those who regularly consume more vegetables mustard heart was generally healthy and live longer.
